Adjusting Recipes

Adjusting your recipe for different cake sizes

Use this guide to adjust the quantities in your recipe when using different sized tins.

The guide is based on an 8″ round cake as the basic recipe.  So for example, if you wish to make a 10″ round cake, multiply your basic 8″ round cake recipe by one and a half.
